Private and semi-private training is a great option for you.  We utilize plyometrics, bodyweight / gymnastics movements, aerobic conditioning, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting and nutrition coaching to help you attain your specific goals quickly and efficiently.

One-on-one training packages (each session is 1 hour):

  • $375 – 5 sessions
  • $720 – 10 sessions
  • $1350 – 20 sessions
  • $1500 – 25 sessions
